Overview

Study Focus Timer is a Pomodoro-style study timer app developed by JEWEALITY. This page explains, in plain language, what information the app handles and how it is used. We built this app to be privacy-first: your study sessions, subjects, and settings are stored only on your own device, not on any server we control.

Information We Do Not Collect

Study Focus Timer does not require you to create an account, and does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your location
• Contacts, photos, or files on your device
• Any personal study content beyond what you type into the app (e.g. subject names)

All study sessions, subjects, and app settings you create are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

Advertising

The app shows ads served through Google AdMob to support free access to the app. Google and its advertising partners may collect and use certain device and usage information (such as advertising identifiers) to show and measure ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Where required by law (for example, for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform.

Permissions the App Uses

• Internet access — required to load ads and, if enabled, to check for app updates.
• Notifications — used to show timer status while a focus session is running in the background.

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

Children's Privacy

Study Focus Timer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your study history and settings remain on your device until you delete them yourself (for example, using the "Reset Data" option in the app, or by uninstalling the app). We do not retain copies of this data on any server.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
